PUBLIC NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Weld Re-8 Board of Education may be present at the following district events during the month of September 2026. No formal Board business will be conducted and no official action will be taken.

September 10 - Board of Education Meeting @ District Commons (6:00 p.m.)

September 11 - Trapper Days Golf Tournament - all day

September 12 - Trapper Days Festivities - all day

September 14 - SRP Training @ Homyak (5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.)

September 16 - SEAC Meeting @ District Commons (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

September 21 - September 25 - Homecoming Week & Activities

September 24 - Board of Education Meeting @ District Commons (6:00 p.m.)

September 30 - District Accountability Meeting @ Fort Lupton Public & School Library

AVISO PÚBLICO SOBRE POSIBLE QUÓRUM DE LA JUNTA DE EDUCACIÓN

Por la presente se notifica que un quórum de la Junta Directiva del Distrito Escolar Weld Re-8 podría estar presente en los siguientes eventos del distrito durante el mes de septiembre de 2026. No se llevará a cabo ninguna actividad formal de la Junta ni se tomará ninguna decisión oficial.

10 de septiembre - Reunión de la Junta de Educación en District Commons (18:00 h)

11 de septiembre - Torneo de golf Trapper Days - todo el día

12 de septiembre - Festividades de Trapper Days - todo el día

14 de septiembre - Capacitación SRP en Homyak (17:30 - 19:30)

16 de septiembre - Reunión del SEAC en District Commons (17:30 - 19:00)

Del 21 al 25 de septiembre: Semana de Bienvenida y Actividades.

24 de septiembre - Reunión de la Junta de Educación en District Commons (18:00 h)

30 de septiembre - Reunión de rendición de cuentas del distrito en la biblioteca pública y escolar de Fort Lupton
